The AutoSmart mobile application helps drivers measure their fuel consumption, learn how to be better drivers and share their improvements on social networks. The app lets you select your vehicle and helps you enter the fuel information every time you fuel up. You can then monitor your improvement after every fill-up and compare the NRCan’s fuel consumption rating for your vehicle.

The application links directly to NRCan’s AutoSmart online training which can help you learn how to drive more efficiently. You can easily share their data on social networks like Facebook and Twitter. The data can also be exported to a comma delimited value for more analysis. The app also s logging fuel consumption for multiple vehicles and alerts you with reminders to check your tire pressure.
